Chocolate Brownie Pie
Ingredients
Makes
6 to 8 servings

2 eggs
-
1 cup sugar
-
1/2 cup (1 stick)
butter or margarine, melted
-
1/2 cup all-purpose
flour
-
1/3 cup
Cocoa
-
1/4 teaspoon salt
-
1/2 cup
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
-
1/2 cup chopped nuts
-
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
-
Vanilla ice
cream
-
Chocolate Shoppe Topping
Method:

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.

Beat eggs in small
bowl; blend in sugar and butter. Stir together
flour, cocoa and salt. Add to egg mixture; beat
until blended.

Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and
vanilla. Spread batter into prepared pie plate.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. (Pie will not
test done in center.) Cool completely on wire rack.
Serve with ice cream and topping.
