Ingredients

• 8 White or Brown Meringue Nests

• 250 ml/1 cup double (heavy) or whipping cream

• 30 ml/2 tbsp orange liqueur or orange juice

• 175-225 g/6-8 oz strawberries, sliced

Method:

1. Place the meringue nests on serving plates. Whip the cream with the orange liqueur until stiff.

2. Spoon into the meringues and top with sliced strawberries. Serve straight away.
