Crisp Dessert Recipes - Strawberry Baskets Recipe

Ingredients

• 8 Brandy Snap Baskets

• 2 quantities Chantilly Cream

• 175 g/6 oz small strawberries, halved

• 2 quantities Smooth Strawberry Sauce

• A little icing (confectioners') sugar, for dusting

Method:

1. Put the baskets on individual serving plates. Spoon in the Chantilly Cream. Top with strawberries.

2. Spoon the sauce around the base of each basket and dust the tops with a little sifted icing sugar.
