Dessert Recipes - Lemon Pie Pizza Filling Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 packet of lemon meringue pie filling

• 250 ml/1 cup water

• 1 egg yolk

• 30 ml/2 tbsp fromage frais

Method:

1. Blend the pie filling with the water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.

2. Whisk in the egg yolk and fromage frais. Leave to cool. Spread over the pizza base and add your chosen topping.
