Ingredients

• 100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup cream cheese

• 15 ml/1 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar

• Finely grated rind of 1 lemon

• 15 ml/1 tbsp single (light) cream

1. Beat together all the ingredients to  form a smooth paste. Spread over the pizza base and add your chosen topping.
