Ingredients

175 m/16 fl oz/3/4 cup
crème fraiche

small eating (dessert) apples, diced

2 small oranges,
chopped

100
g/4 oz/1/2 cup light brown sugar
Method:

Mix together all the ingredients except the sugar
and place in a shallow flameproof dish. Chill very
thoroughly.

Sprinkle with the sugar and place under
a hot grill (broiler) until the sugar melts. Chill
again until ready to serve.
