Ingredients

• 4 fresh ripe figs, trimmed and cut into

• bite-sized pieces

• 30 ml/2 tbsp brandy. preferably Greek

• 450 ml/2 cups Greek-style Yoghurt

• Clear honey

Method:

1. Place the figs in four glass dishes and spoon the brandy over.

2. Cover with the yoghurt, then top with a layer of clear honey.
