granules

g/8 oz/1 cup Mascarpone cheese

100 g/4 oz/2/3 cup icing
(confectioners')
sugar, sifted

A few
walnuts, chopped

Langues de
Chat,
to serve
Method:

Mix together the coffee and water until dissolved.
Gradually beat into the cheese with the icing sugar.

Turn into a small glass dish, sprinkle with the
walnuts and chill thoroughly before serving with
Langues de Chat.
