Desserts Recipes - Raspberry Brulee Recipe
Ingredients
225 g/8 oz raspberries
150 ml/2/3 cup double (heavy) cream
150 ml/2/3 cup thick plain yoghurt Light brown sugar
Method:
Put the raspberries in a shallow flameproof dish. Whip together the cream and yoghurt until softly peaking.
Spoon over the raspberries and chill for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle liberally with sugar to cover the top completely.
Place under a hot grill (broiler) until the sugar melts and caramelizes. Serve straight away.
