Ingredients

50 g/2 oz/1/4
cup semolina (cream of wheat)

40 g/3 tbsp
caster (superfine) sugar

600
ml/2 1/2
cups
milk Jam
(conserve), to serve
Method:

Whisk together the semolina, sugar and a little of
the milk in a saucepan.

Whisk in the remaining milk.
Bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes,
stirring all the time until
thick. Serve hot with
jam.
