Dessert Recipes - Strawberry Crunch Cream Recipe

Ingredients

• 300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

• 25 g/1 oz/2 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar

• 350 g/12 oz strawberries

• 6 Amaretti Biscuits, crushed

Method:

1. Whip together the cream and sugar until peaking. Reserve 6 straw­berries for  decoration and lightly crush the remainder.

2. Fold the crushed fruit and biscuits into the cream. Spoon into glasses, top each with a strawberry and serve.
