Dessert Recipes - Apricot Jam Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 60 ml/4 tbsp apricot jam (conserve), finely chopped if necessary

• 30 ml/2 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar

• Finely grated rind and juice of 1/2 lemon

• 75 ml/5 tbsp water

Method:

1. Blend all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.

2. Simmer for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
