Jam Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

ml/4 tbsp apricot jam (conserve),
finely chopped if
necessary

ml/2 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar

Finely grated rind
and juice of 1/2 lemon

75 ml/5 tbsp water
Method:

Blend all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat
gently, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.

Simmer for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
