Ingredients

• 300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

• 30 ml/2 tbsp clear honey

• 30 ml/2 tbsp whisky

Method:

1. Whip the cream until softly peaking.

2. Blend together the honey and whisky, then gradually whisk into the cream until thick.

3. Chill until ready to serve.
