Ingredients
300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream
30 ml/2 tbsp clear honey
30 ml/2 tbsp whisky
Method:
Whip the cream until softly peaking.
Blend together the honey and whisky, then gradually whisk into the cream until thick.
Chill until ready to serve.
