Dessert Recipes - Brandy Butter Recipe

Ingredients

• 100 g/4 oz/1 1/4 cup unsalted (sweet) butter, softened

• 225 g/8 oz/1 1/3 cups icing (confectioners') sugar, sifted

• 30 ml/2 tbsp brandy

Method:

1. Beat the butter until light. Beat in the sifted icing sugar, then the brandy.

2. Turn into a serving dish and chill until ready to serve.
