Almond Cream Recipe
Ingredients

300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

ml/2 tbsp light brown sugar

g/2 oz/1/3 cup flaked (slivered)
almonds, well-toasted and crushed

1.5 ml/1/4 tsp almond
essence (extract)
Method:

Whip together the ingredients until softly peaking.

Spoon into a serving bowl and chill until ready to
