Ingredients

• 2 Mars Bars or similar 60 ml/4 tbsp milk

• A small knob of butter

Method:

1. Break up the chocolate bars in a saucepan. Add the milk and butter and heat, stirring until melted and thick.

2. Add a little more milk, if liked. Spoon over ice cream and serve immediately.
