Ingredients
75 g/3 oz/3/4 cup plain (semi-sweet) chocolate (not cake covering)
15 ml/1 tbsp hot water
300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream
Method:
Melt the chocolate in a pan over hot water. Stir in the measured hot water.
Whip the cream until peaking and gently whisk in the chocolate. Chill until ready to serve.
