Dessert Recipes - Chocolate Cream Recipe

Ingredients

• 75 g/3 oz/3/4 cup plain (semi-sweet) chocolate (not cake covering)

• 15 ml/1 tbsp hot water

• 300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

Method:

1. Melt the chocolate in a pan over hot water. Stir in the measured hot water.

2. Whip the cream until peaking and gently whisk in the chocolate. Chill until ready to serve.
