Dessert Recipes - Hot Honey Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15 g/1/2 oz/2 tbsp corn flour (cornstarch)

  • 300 ml/1/2 pt/1 1/4 cups milk

  • 15-30 ml/1-2 tbsp clear honey


Method:

  1. Blend the corn flour with a little of the milk in a saucepan.

  2. Blend in the remaining milk. Add half the honey and bring to the boil, stirring.

  3. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring all the time. Taste and add more honey, if liked. Serve hot.
