Ingredients

• 75 ml/5 tbsp orange curd

• 30 ml/2 tbsp orange juice Crystallized (candied) orange slices and chopped angelica, to serve

Method:

1. Warm the orange curd with the orange juice in a saucepan or in the microwave, stirring until blended.

2. Spoon over vanilla, coffee or chocolate ice cream and serve decorated with crystallized orange slices and chopped angelica.
