Desserts Recipes - Mousseline Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg
1 egg yolk
40 g/1 1/2 oz/3 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar
30 ml/2 tbsp pure orange juice
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl over a pan of hot water and whisk with an electric beater until thick and frothy.
Serve immediately with steamed sponge puddings.
