Dessert Recipes - Peanut Butter Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup butter

• 100 g/4 oz/1 cup toasted peanuts

• 50 g/2 oz/1/4 cup light brown sugar

• 90 ml/6 tbsp thick honey

• Finely grated rind and juice of 1 small lemon

• 15 ml/1 tbsp milk

Method:

1. Put all the ingredients together in a saucepan.

2. Heat gently, stirring, until well blended. Serve hot over ice cream.
