Dessert Recipes - Pineapple and Orange Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 300 g/11 oz/1 medium can of crushed pineapple

• 10 ml/2 tsp arrowroot

• 150 ml/2/3 cup pure orange juice

Method:

1. Put the contents of the can of pineapple in a saucepan.

2. Blend the arrowroot with a little of the orange juice and add to the pan with the remaining orange juice.

3. Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring until thickened and clear. Serve hot.
