Ingredients

1 Basic Sponge Flan
Case
-
45 ml13 tbsp raspberry
jam (conserve)

3-4 bananas, sliced
-
15 ml/1 tbsp lemon
juice
-
250 ml/8 fl oz/1 cup
whipping cream, whipped

Grated chocolate, to
decorate
Method:
-
Place the baked flan case (pie shell) on a serving
plate. Spread the jam over the base.
-
Toss the banana
slices with lemon juice to prevent browning and
arrange the slices on top of the jam.
-
Cover with
whipped cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and
chill until ready to serve.
