Dessert  Recipes - Chestnut Sundae Recipe

Ingredients

• 8 scoops of any vanilla ice cream

• 170 g/6 oz/1 small can of sweetened chestnut puree (paste)

• 60 ml/4 tbsp double (heavy) cream, whipped

• 4 maraschino cherries

Method:

1. Put the ice cream in four sundae glasses. Pipe or spoon the chestnut puree over.

2. Top each with 15 ml/1 tbsp whipped cream, then with a maraschino cherry.
