Chip Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients

450 ml/2 cups
single (light) cream

2 egg yolks

100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup
caster (superfine) sugar

5 ml/1 tsp peppermint essence
(extract)

300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

A few drops green food coloring
-
8-10 finely chopped chocolate
mints
Method:

Prepare
as for any of the vanilla ice creams, and whisk in a
few drops of green food coloring and finely
chopped chocolate mints at the final whisking, then
freeze until firm.
