Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients

450 ml/2 cups
single (light) cream
-
2 egg yolks
-
100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup
caster (superfine) sugar
-
5 ml/1 tsp vanilla essence
(extract)

300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

225g/8oz raspberries, pureed
Method:
-
Prepare as for any of the vanilla ice creams, but
blend in the raspberries, pureed then passed
through a sieve (strainer) to remove the seeds,
before whisking in the whipped cream or Dream
Topping.
