Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients

450 ml/2 cups
single (light) cream

2 egg yolks
-
100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup clear honey

5 ml/1 tsp vanilla essence
(extract)

300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

2 pieces finely chopped stem
ginger in syrup
Method:

Prepare
as for any of the vanilla
ice
creams, but substitute clear honey for the
sugar
and add 2
pieces of finely chopped
stem
ginger in syrup at the final whisking,
then freeze until
firm.
