Dessert  Recipes - Melon Belle Helene Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 small cantaloupe melons

• 4 scoops of any vanilla ice cream

• 1 quantity Belgian Chocolate Sauce, to serve

Method:

1. Halve the melons and scoop out the seeds. Put a scoop of ice cream in the centre of each and spoon the Belgian Chocolate Sauce over.
