Ingredients

• 2 small ogen melons

• 4 scoops of any vanilla ice cream

• Fresh Raspberry Sauce, to serve

Method:

1. Halve the melons and scoop out the seeds. Add a scoop of ice cream to the centre of each and spoon the Fresh Raspberry Sauce over.
