Ingredients

2 small
ogen, cantaloupe, galia or charentais melons

4
scoops of any vanilla ice cream
-
30 ml/2 tbsp
ginger wine
Method:

Halve the melons, scoop out the seeds and place the
melon halves in four serving dishes.

Add a scoop of
ice cream to each cavity and spoon the ginger wine
over. Serve straight away.
