Ingredients

450 ml/2 cups
single (light) cream

2 egg yolks

100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup
caster (superfine) sugar

5 ml/1 tsp vanilla essence
(extract)

300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

100gg /4 oz/1 cup finely
crushed peanut butter
Method:

Prepare
as for any of the vanilla
ice
creams, but add 1
cup finely crushed peanut
butter after
the final whisking, then freeze until
firm.
