Ingredients

450 ml/2 cups
single (light) cream
-
2 egg yolks
-
100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup
caster (superfine) sugar

5 ml/1 tsp vanilla essence
(extract)

300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

1 All-year Raspberry sauce
Method:
-
Prepare as for any of the vanilla ice creams, but
after the final whisking fold in 1 quantity of
All-year Raspberry Sauce until it
forms a rippled effect, then freeze until firm.
