Ingredients

410 g/14 1/2 oz/1 large can of apricot pie
filling

g/15 oz/1 large can of rice pudding

170 g/6 oz/1 small
can of cream
-
toasted flaked (slivered) almonds, to
decorate
Method:

Layer the apricot pie filling with the rice in four
sundae dishes.

Pipe or spoon the cream over and
chill. Sprinkle with toasted flaked almonds before
serving.
