Dessert Recipes - Apricot Yoghurt Jelly Recipe
Ingredients

1 packet of orange-flavored
jelly
-
Boiling water
-
150 ml/2/3 cup
apricot yoghurt
-
300 ml/11 oz/1 medium can of apricot halves, drained,
reserving the juice
Method:

Break up the jelly and place in a measuring jug.
Make up to 150 ml/2/3 cup with boiling
water and stir until dissolved.

Leave until cool,
then stir in the apricot yoghurt. Make up to 600
ml/1 pt/2 1/2 cups with the apricot juice.

Turn into a wetted jelly mould or four individual
glass dishes and chill until set.

Turn out if in a
mould. Decorate with the apricots and
serve cold.
