Dessert Recipes - Coffee Nut Delight Recipe
Ingredients

1 packet of egg
custard or crème caramel mix

15 ml/1 tbsp
instant coffee powder or granules

600 ml/2 1/2
cups milk

150 ml/2/3 cup
thick plain yoghurt or fromage frais

1 small packet of
peanut brittle (about 50 g/2 oz),
crushed
Method:

Whisk the egg custard or crème
caramel mix and the coffee into
the milk. Bring to the boil and boil for 2 minutes
as directed.

Allow to cool slightly, then pour into
a glass serving dish. Leave to cool completely, then
chili until set.

Spread the yoghurt or fromage frais
over the custard and sprinkle with the crushed
peanut brittle just before serving.
Note:
if you use a crème caramel mix, drizzle the caramel over
the yoghurt or fromage frais before topping with the
peanut brittle.
