Dessert Recipes - Dreamy Orange Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 packet of orange-flavored jelly

• 170 g/6 oz/1 small can of evaporated milk, chilled

• 1 sachet of Dream Topping mix

• 150 ml/2/3 cup cold milk

• 1 orange, all pith and rind removed, sliced and chopped

Method:

1. Break up the jelly and place in measuring jug. Make up to 300 ml/1 1/4 cups with boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Leave to cool.

2. Whisk the evaporated milk until thick and fluffy. Gradually whisk into the jelly when on the point of setting. Pour into four glasses. Chill until set.

3. Make up the Dream Topping with the milk according to the packet directions.

4. Fold in the chopped orange. Pile on to the mousses and serve immediately.
