Ingredients

410 g/1 large can of peach slices,
drained, reserving the juice

ml/2 tsp lemon juice

g/15 oz/1 large can of custard

g/6 oz/1 small can of cream Halved glace (candied)
cherries, to
decorate
Method:

Puree the drained peaches with the lemon juice in a
blender or food processor.

Fold in the custard
thoroughly, then fold in the cream to give a marbled
effect.

Spoon into serving glasses, top each with
half a glace cherry and serve chilled with the juice
handed separately to drizzle over, if liked.
