Dessert Recipes - Fruity Nut Dip Recipe
Ingredients

2 large oranges
-
1 small carton of
hazelnut (filbert) yoghurt
-
15 ml/1 tbsp toasted
chopped hazelnuts

4 fruit and nut chewy cereal bars
Method:

Halve the oranges and scoop out all the flesh, using
a serrated-edged knife. Trim the bases of the shells
so they stand firm.

Chop the orange flesh,
discarding any really tough bits of membrane. Place
in a bowl and stir in the yoghurt.

Spoon into the
oranges, then sprinkle with the nuts. Place on four
serving plates.

Cut the chewy bars into cubes and
arrange around with a small fork or cocktail sticks
(toothpicks) to spear the bars, then use to dip into
the yoghurt and orange mixture.

Serve with a small
spoon to eat any remaining dip.
