245 g/1 medium can of sweetened
chestnut puree (paste)

4
bought meringue nests

scoops of vanilla ice cream

Chocolate sprinkles, to
decorate
Method:

Put the puree in a piping bag fitted with a large
star tube (tip). Place the meringue nests on four
serving plates.

Fill each with two scoops of ice
cream. Pipe swirls of the puree around the ice cream
and decorate with chocolate
sprinkles.
