Ingredients

1 packet of blackcurrant-flavored jelly
-

ml/2/3 cup boiling water

300 g/1 medium can of
blackcurrants, drained, reserving the juice

170 g/6 oz/1 small can of evaporated milk, chilled

170 g/6 oz/1 small can of cream
Method:

Dissolve the jelly in the boiling water. Stir in the
juice from the can of blackcurrants and chili until
on the point of setting.

Meanwhile, whisk the
chilled evaporated milk until thick and fluffy. When
the jelly is the consistency of egg white, whisk in
the fluffy milk.

Turn into four glasses and chili
until set. Spread the cream over and top with the
blackcurrants.
