Desserts Recipes - Lemon Nests Recipe
Ingredients
4 bought meringue nests
60 ml/4 tbsp lemon curd
Aerosol cream and toasted chopped nuts, to decorate
Method:
Put the meringue nests on serving plates. Add 15 ml/1 tbsp lemon curd to each.
When ready to serve, top with aerosol cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Serve straight away.
