Dessert Recipes - Lemon Nests Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 bought meringue nests

• 60 ml/4 tbsp lemon curd

• Aerosol cream and toasted chopped nuts, to decorate

Method:

1. Put the meringue nests on serving plates. Add 15 ml/1 tbsp lemon curd to each.

2. When ready to serve, top with aerosol cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Serve straight away.
