Dessert Recipes - Marbled Mocha Delight Recipe
Ingredients

1 chocolate Swiss
(jelly) roll
-
450 ml/2 cups
cold milk
-
10 ml/2 tsp instant coffee powder or granules
-
1 sachet of chocolate-flavored
dessert whip
-
150 ml/2/3 cup UHT
(long-life) whipping cream
-
Instant coffee or
drinking chocolate (sweetened
chocolate) powder, for dusting
Method:

Slice the Swiss roll and place in six individual
glass serving dishes.

Pour the milk into a cold
bowl. Add the coffee and stir until dissolved.

Whisk
in the dessert whip until thick. Whip the cream
until peaking. Fold into the dessert whip to give a
marbled effect.

Spoon into the dishes. Chill until
set. Dust with a little coffee or drinking chocolate
powder before serving.
