Dessert Recipes - Muesli Munch Recipe

Ingredients

• 410 g/14 oz/1 large can of apple pie filling

• 100 g/4 oz/1 cup muesli

• 1.5 ml/1/4 tsp mixed (apple-pie) spice

• 30 ml/2 tbsp clear honey

• Evaporated milk, to serve

Method:

1. Empty the pie filling into a 900 ml/3 3/4 cup ovenproof dish. Mix the muesli with the mixed spice and honey.

2. Spoon over the pie filling and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve warm with evaporated milk.
