Ingredients

Swiss (jelly) roll, sliced

200
g/7 oz/1 small can of fruit cocktail, drained, reserving the juice

1
packet of raspberry flavored jelly (jelly)

1
sachet of peach flavored dessert whip
-
Cold
milk Colored sugar strands, to decorate
Method:

Put the Swiss roll slices in a glass dish. Spoon the
fruit over the sponge slices.

Make the juice up to
600 ml/1 pt/2 1/2 cups with water. Use to make up the
jelly according to the packet directions.

Pour over
the sponge and chill until set. Make up the dessert
whip with milk according to the packet directions.

Spread over the jelly and chill again for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with sugar strands just before serving.
