Ingredients

410 g/2 X 14 1/2 oz/2 large cans of peach slices, drained, reserving the juice

g/3 oz/1/2 cup raisins

g/1 oz/2 tbsp soft tub margarine

g/2 oz/1/2 cup plain (all-purpose) flour

g/4 oz/1 cup oat crunch cereal

g/1 oz/2 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar
Method:

Put the
peaches in a 1.2 liter/2 cup
5 cup ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the raisins over.

Work the margarine into the flour with a fork until
the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Stir in the
cereal and sugar. Scatter over the fruit and press
down lightly.

Bake in a preheated oven at
190°C/375°F/gas mark 5 for about 35 minutes
until crisp and golden. Serve warm with the reserved
juice.
