Ingredients

410 g/1 large can of fruit, drained,
reserving the juice

Weetabix

ml/1 tbsp light brown sugar

g/2 oz/1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

ml/1/2 tsp ground ginger, cinnamon or mixed (apple-pie) spice
Method:
-
Put the drained fruit in a 1 liter/4 1/4 cup
ovenproof dish.

Crumble the cereal and mix with the
sugar, butter or margarine and spice. Sprinkle over
the fruit, pressing down lightly.

Bake in a
preheated oven at 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5 for about
15 minutes until crisp. Serve warm with the reserved
juice.
