Ingredients

• 1 packet of any fruit flavored jelly (jello)

• 450 ml/2 cups water

• 100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup quark

1. Make up the jelly using the water and chill until the consistency of egg white.

2. Whisk in the quark and chill until set.
