Cheese Syllabub Recipe
Ingredients
Method:

Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the flesh and
seeds into a sieve (strainer) over a bowl.

Rub
through with a wooden spoon. Discard the seeds. Beat
in the cheese, sugar, milk, lime rind and juice.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the
mixture with a metal spoon.

Turn into four glasses
and chill for at least 2 hours. The mixture will
separate.
