Dessert Recipes - Strawberry Syllabub Recipe

Ingredients

• 350 g/12 oz strawberries

• 100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup caster (superfine) sugar

• 15 ml/1 tbsp lemon juice

• 150 ml/2/3 cup dry white wine

• 300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream

Method:

1. Puree the fruit in a blender or food processor. Place the remaining Ingredients in a bowl and whisk until softly peaking.

2. Gently fold in the strawberry puree with a metal spoon. Spoon into six wine goblets and chill before serving.
