Ingredients
350 g/12 oz strawberries
100 g/4 oz/1/2 cup caster (superfine) sugar
15 ml/1 tbsp lemon juice
150 ml/2/3 cup dry white wine
300 ml/1 1/4 cups double (heavy) cream
Method:
Puree the fruit in a blender or food processor. Place the remaining Ingredients in a bowl and whisk until softly peaking.
Gently fold in the strawberry puree with a metal spoon. Spoon into six wine goblets and chill before serving.
