Ingredients

350 g/12 oz/3 cups chocolate chips

40 g/1/3
cup dried milk powder
(nonfat dry milk)

ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup boiling water

5 ml/1 tsp vanilla
essence (extract)

Cubes of plain cake, marshmallows,
strawberries and brazil nuts, to serve
Method:

Put the chocolate in the fondue pot. Blend together
the milk and water and add to the pot with the
vanilla.

Heat gently, stirring, until thickened and
smooth. Do not allow to boil. Turn down the heat to
very low and stir frequently to prevent burning.

Arrange pieces of cake, a few marshmallows,
strawberries and brazil nuts on small plates and
serve with fondue forks to pierce the food and dip
into the chocolate fondue.
